Reagan is an Eagle Scout and is currently re-reading “12 Simple Words” by New Jersey’s own John W. Kennedy. “I have used the principles of Scouting throughout my career and John does a great job discussing how the 12 words of the Scout Law (Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent) provide a solid basis for success in life,” Reagan says.

In the same manner, Rafanello enjoys coaching his children in sports. “That’s my favorite place after a hectic day. It reminds me that we are all on a team in one way or another as we work to be successful in life,” he explains.
