Mike Reagan

Retired Senior Vice President, CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.

reaganMike Reagan is a retired senior vice president of CGI, a global IT and business consulting services firm. An information technology expert all his life, Reagan, and his wife, have just incorporated their new venture titled MARMER Advisory Group.

Reagan is a baseball fan who follows the New York Mets. He recalls, “My grandfather and father were big Brooklyn Dodger fans. They were crushed when the team moved to Los Angeles. There was no way they were rooting for the hated Yankees. When the Mets expansion team was formed in 1962, they started following them. Let’s go Mets!”

Reagan is an Eagle Scout and is currently re-reading “12 Simple Words” by New Jersey’s own John W. Kennedy. “I have used the principles of Scouting throughout my career and John does a great job discussing how the 12 words of the Scout Law (Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent) provide a solid basis for success in life,” Reagan says.

Nick Rafanello

President and CEO, Eastern Janitorial Company

rafanelloNicholas Rafanello is president and CEO of Eastern Janitorial Company, a second-generation, family-owned business that has been serving public and private facilities from its headquarters in Parsippany since 1977. In 2013, Rafanello assumed full control of the business and has led it to become a market leader in facilities services throughout the region. Prior to Eastern, he served as vice president of investment banking at Credit Suisse, as well as a principal at Xerox Global Services.

While living in Seattle in the early 2000s, Rafanello discovered the music of singer-songwriter Jack Johnson. “His lyrics at the time spoke to me about appreciating the little things in life, finding balance, and connecting with the outdoors,” Rafanello says.

In the same manner, Rafanello enjoys coaching his children in sports. “That’s my favorite place after a hectic day. It reminds me that we are all on a team in one way or another as we work to be successful in life,” he explains.
