PSC Acquires Nonprofit Partners, Expanding Communications Expertise

PSC (Princeton Strategic Communications), a full-service marketing and communications firm, has acquired Nonprofit Partners, an award-winning agency recognized for advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, and community coalitions.

This acquisition unites two firms with complementary strengths, expanding PSC’s ability to support organizations navigating increasingly complex communications environments. By integrating PSC’s communications capabilities with Nonprofit Partners’ sector expertise, clients are expected to benefit from expanded resources, deeper strategic insight, and enhanced support across public relations, digital strategy, and integrated marketing.

Founded in 2012, PSC operates as part of a circle of companies that includes PPAG (Princeton Public Affairs Group), New Jersey’s largest public affairs firm, and WSW (Winning Strategies Washington), a bipartisan federal relations firm. PSC was ranked among the state’s top five independent PR firms in O’Dwyer’s 2025 rankings.

Under the new structure, Nonprofit Partners clients will gain access to PSC’s expanded capabilities while maintaining their relationships with Nonprofit Partners leadership. At the same time, PSC clients will benefit from additional depth in nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education communications, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve organizations across both mission-driven and corporate sectors.

Colleen Kendrick, DBA, FACHE, founder of Nonprofit Partners, will play a key role in the transition and in supporting PSC’s continued growth. Kendrick brings over 25 years of experience developing marketing and communications strategies for healthcare organizations, major nonprofits, and community coalitions. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration, is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and serves as an adjunct professor at Rowan University.

“Nonprofit Partners has built an outstanding reputation for amplifying the impact of mission-driven organizations,” said Ethan Andersen, managing partner of PSC. “Through this new partnership, we are deepening our sector expertise and expanding the strategic communications resources available to our clients with Colleen’s leadership and perspective.”

“This next chapter allows us to deliver even greater value to the organizations we serve,” said Colleen Kendrick, DBA, FACHE. “Our clients will continue working with the team they trust, now supported by PSC’s broader capabilities in earned media, crisis communications, and integrated marketing. Together, we are even better positioned to help mission-driven organizations achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes.”

Dale Florio, Esq, founder of PPAG, noted that the acquisition strengthens the larger family of firms. “PSC and Nonprofit Partners share a strong commitment to helping organizations communicate with purpose and clarity,” said Florio. “This expansion of PSC’s capabilities reinforces our leadership in public affairs and communications.”
