105-room Seahaus Hotel Opens in Atlantic City

Coury Hospitality, a leading lifestyle hospitality management company, recently celebrated the grand opening of The Seahaus Hotel, the first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in Atlantic City.

The hotel is designed to be a peaceful seaside retreat, featuring 105 guest rooms with a modern, nautical-inspired aesthetic. Guests can enjoy seamless beach access, an on-site fitness center, and easy access to local casinos, spas, and entertainment. The hotel plans to introduce wellness and recreational offerings in partnership with local vendors.

A highlight of the hotel is its restaurant, Cucina Del Mar, which serves authentic Italian coastal dishes emphasizing fresh local seafood and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner, offers a diverse menu, alongside a craft cocktail list inspired by the vibrant Atlantic City atmosphere and the hotel’s beach setting.

The Seahaus Hotel’s development reflects a commitment to enhancing Atlantic City’s hospitality landscape, with a portion of the financing provided by Green Card Fund through the EB-5 Investor program. Green Card Fund has been an approved EB-5 Regional Center operator for over 15 years, specializing in raising EB-5 capital for hospitality projects.

According to Paul Joseph, the hotel’s general manager, commented, “We’re excited to introduce The Seahaus Hotel and Cucina Del Mar to the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
