Crystal Springs Resort Hires Nowak to Spearhead Commercial Growth

Crystal Springs Resort announces the appointment of Heidi Nowak as chief sales officer.

Nowak brings extensive international and domestic experience transforming luxury hospitality brands and portfolios into high-performing assets, including InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and Timbers.  She has led major commercial turnarounds, repositioned flagship destinations, and guided teams responsible for more than $200 million in annual revenue.
