CSG Law Names New Leaders for Corporate, Litigation Groups

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) recently announced that members Michelle J. Delaney and Lisa M. Colone have respectively been named Practice Group Leaders of the Corporate Group and the Litigation Group.

Delanry has experience in private M&A, venture capital, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters including business formation, governance and compliance. She formerly served as a clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Michelle earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and her B.A. from the University of Delaware.

Colene also serves as the chair of the Securities Enforcement Group. Before CSG Law, she was a vice president in FINRA’s Department of Enforcement, where she led a team of chief counsels and more than 100 attorneys in investigating and enforcing violations of FINRA rules and federal securities laws. Colone also previously served FINRA’s Department of Enforcement as chief counsel and as senior regional counsel, and, before FINRA, she spent nearly nine years with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, including as deputy chief of the Criminal Division. She earned J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
