Smolin Lupin Relocates HQ to Parsippany

Smolin Lupin, a leading certified public accounting and financial services firm, has relocated its headquarters to a new office in Parsippany. The lease, occupying 20,000 square feet at 10 Waterview Blvd., was arranged by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) and the move marks a significant milestone for the advisory, tax and accounting firm, which relocated from nearby Fairfield after a 24-year tenure.

Set upon 18 acres, the park-like Waterview Corporate Centre campus features a dramatic three-story glass and granite atrium with second- and third-floor balcony lobbies. Other first-class amenities include a full-service café with seating, fitness center with Peloton stations, yoga studio, tenant lounge/game room, covered solar carports, outdoor seating area, an on-site conference center and after-hours keycard access.
