Communications professionals Daniel Bryan and Eric Shuffler announced the launch of Resolve Strategic Communications, an Edison-based strategic communications firm focusing on effective communication in challenging environments shaped by government, public perception, and real-world political dynamics.
Resolve will work with clients across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors on strategic messaging, crisis communications, media relations, and integrated public affairs campaigns.
The company will operate in strategic partnership with River Crossing Strategy Group, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in helping clients succeed in governmental and advocacy settings.
Resolve has hired Toral Patel, formerly of the Governor’s Communications office, and will continue to build a team of best-in-class professionals throughout the year.
“We live in a rapidly evolving policy and economic environment,” said Bryan. “Resolve will help organizations communicate effectively within the ever-changing public affairs landscape, combining strong messaging, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution to help clients achieve their goals.”
“The next phase of communications isn’t about better messaging—it’s about alignment with how decisions actually get made,” said Shuffler. “Resolve was built on that premise: combining communications strategy with a real understanding of what drives policymaker behavior, so clients can advocate more effectively and achieve actual results.”
“Communications is constantly evolving in today’s media landscape,” said Patel. “I look forward to helping our clients shape strategies that reflect the moment while positioning them for what’s ahead. I’m thrilled to join Resolve Strategic Communications and excited to be at the helm of work that drives meaningful impact for our clients.”
