Cooper Levenson to Serve as Legal Counsel for Bader Field Redevelopment

Atlantic City-based law firm Cooper Levenson has been selected to serve as legal counsel for the redevelopment of Bader Field, supporting DEEM Enterprises as it advances a long-term, comprehensive, collaborative redevelopment in Atlantic City.

In its role as lead legal counsel, Cooper Levenson will provide regulatory and land-use guidance, transactional support, and counsel on public-private coordination.

The redevelopment of Bader Field represents a significant milestone for Atlantic City and is the most meaningful opportunity to reimagine a long-underutilized site in generations. Led by DEEM Enterprises, the project is envisioned as a comprehensive Motorsport lifestyle community, thoughtfully planned mixed-use effort designed to support long-term economic growth, job creation, and renewed interest in the city, while respecting its history and character. The redevelopment is intended to serve as a resilient economic engine for Atlantic City, with additional details to be shared as the project continues to advance.

“The redevelopment of Bader Field represents a bold and forward-looking vision for Atlantic City,” said Lloyd Levenson, chief executive officer of Cooper Levenson. “We are proud to support a project rooted in responsible development, long-term planning, and close collaboration with city and state partners as this important effort moves forward. We look forward to working closely with DEEM Enterprises and public-sector partners to support a careful, collaborative process for Bader Field.”

“The expertise that Cooper Levenson brings is critical to navigating the complex legal and regulatory issues involved in a development of this scale, and we’re thrilled they’re a part of our team. Lloyd Levenson and his associates are the very best of the best,” said Michael Binder, chief executive officer of DEEM Enterprises, the visionary development group spearheading the Bader Field redevelopment.
