Archer Launches Political Law & Compliance Practice

Archer & Greiner P.C. has launched a Political Law & Compliance Practice Group. The new practice will be co-chaired by partners Jason Sena and David Weinstein, both of whom bring deep experience in state and local government relations, compliance, and public policy.

Christopher Gibson, Archer president, commented on the launch saying, “This new practice group reflects Archer’s continued commitment to staying ahead of our clients’ needs in a complex legal and regulatory environment. The multidisciplinary group will serve a wide range of clients across the state and beyond, including businesses, trade associations, nonprofits, political action committees, lobbying firms, candidates, political parties, contributors, and others engaged in the political and electoral process.

“Our Political Law & Compliance Group is a natural evolution of Archer’s longstanding work advising clients at the intersection of law, public policy, and politics,” said Sena. “With heightened legal scrutiny and a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, clients need forward-thinking, practical guidance to stay compliant and achieve their goals.”

The group will provide legal counsel across the full spectrum of political law and compliance, including campaign activities, ballot initiatives, political advocacy, campaign finance, lobbying regulations, ethics requirements, government contracting, and investigations, at the federal, state, and local levels.
