At the forefront of MarketFair’s transformation is an exterior and interior modernization of a newly reimagined south end corridor and main south exterior entrance, anchored by Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, which opened in June 2025. The project encompassed complete exterior and interior upgrades including expansive green wall installations and skylight; elevated furnishings and finishes; and new exterior branded monument signage. Additional property-wide enhancements include curb access and ADA improvements, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC upgrades, with new interior soft seating and plant scaping coming in 2026.
